Au Fleur Burgers & Potatoes

This is your average 'frietkot' in Belgium, but what sets this place apart from others are a few things. First of all, the service is always friendly, never had an unfriendly experience before. It's also much faster compared to some other places. Even if there is a queue, you still won't have to wait too long. Secondly, and this might not be a big deal to some, but to me it is, they give the salt with you in small bags. I do enjoy a little salt on my fries but when other places put salt on your fries they don't care if you said 'a tiny tiny bit' or 'soak those babies in salt'. They all soak them in salt regardless and it ruins the fries, so I'm so glad they don't do this here, big plus for me. Lastly and most importantly, their normal in-house cheeseburger is amazing. I tried it once out of curiosity and ever since I always take one, it's cheap and absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best places for fries (fries themselves are great as well) in De Haan.

Nice atmosphere, clean and cosy. I had an English burger and my husband a Pepper burger: both DELICIOUS! The kids had Patatoes and Chicken Nuggets they also enjoyed very much.... My boy is very picky with his fries. They are also pet friendly. Our dog could stay inside. Fair prices for this great quality of food, very friendly staff and the presentation. Thanks for the great meal! Totally reccomended!

Portion sizes of fries are very reasonable, however prices are pretty high - €2.90 for a frikandel is higher than at the Center Parcs.

Simply the best burger I have ever had in my life. Loaded fries with fresh chips and a tasty sauce. I watched as they carefully crafted the burgers and can confirm it is made with passion. Definitely will be coming through next year.
